Ajmera Realty gains 2% after subsidiary sells entire 50% stake in GG Developers

The company had undertaken the Golden Gate Project at Bahrain through its step down subsidiary. The agreement of sale was executed on March 10, 2021. The consideration amount is ~Rs240cr.
