Punjab & Sind Bank declares NPA account worth Rs399.31cr of IL&FS as fraud; stock gains ~2%

The company said the account has outstanding dues of Rs399.31cr. The bank also allots 335.1cr shares to the Government of India on a preferential basis to increase GOIs stake to 97.07%.
