Mamaearth's parent company, Honasa Consumer, has raised ₹765.2 crore from 49 anchor investors ahead of its IPO launch on October 31. The company has also allocated shares worth ₹253.6 crore to domestic mutual funds. Mamaearth's IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares worth ₹365 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4.12 crore shares. Promoters, founders, and investors will be offering shares in the OFS. The IPO is expected to fetch about ₹1,701 crore at the upper end of the price band.
