TCS eyes return-to-office by December

TCS is planning to bring back employees to office towards this yearend or early next year. That’s assuming there’s no third wave of the pandemic. It plans to ask some of its associates to return to offices initially before it switches to the 25/25 model (the company’s move to have only 25% of its employees coming into office by 2025 and the rest working remotely).
