Adar Poonawalla’s finance company buys 13-floors in Pune office tower for Rs 464 crore

This is one of the largest office space transactions in Pune in recent times. With this, Poonawalla Finance now owns an entire wing of the AP81 tower as it had bought two floors – first and second – of this wing earlier.
