P&G Hygiene appoints Ghanashyam Hegde as Executive Director; Stock up 2.5%

The company has appointed Ghanashyam Hegde as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer effective September 1. Presently, Hegde is the non-executive Director of the Company.
