Elgi Equipments' US arm forms JVC Gentex Air Solutions at $95,000 investment; Stock up ~2%

Elgi Compressors USA Inc. owns a 33.33% stake in the new JVC. James Gery and Diego Hernandez also own a 33.33% stake each.
