Markets trade higher as metal, PSU Bank drive; Sensex gains 230 pts, Nifty 50 tops 14,570; ONGC, IndusInd in lead

In early deals, Sensex has gained by at least 367 points with an intraday high of 48,620.51. Nifty 50 surged nearly 112 points with an intraday high of 14,608.20.
