Lux Industries receives approval order for scheme of amalgamation from NCLT Kolkata; Stock gains 1%

NCLT vide its order dated March 25, 2021, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between J.M. Hosiery & Co and Ebell with Lux Industries.
