Trillions of rupee stuck in pending income tax litigation, fresh measures needed: Report

The governments recently announced schemes such as Vivad se Vishwas did help but more needs to be done, a Deloitte research report said. The report said that around a large number of money is stuck in litigation which if resolved swiftly could come into the system.
