Government notifies draft rules under the Code on Social Security

The labour ministry has sought suggestions on the rules over the next 45 days from the date of notification, following which the final rules will be notified. The ministry has already unveiled draft rules under the Industrial Relations Code while it hopes to put the draft rules under the Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions shortly.
