Adani Enterprises raises Rs34.30cr by allotment of NCDs; stock trades higher

The companys Board of Directors on May 6, 2020, had given in-principle approval for issuance of NCDs for an amount not exceeding Rs1,000cr in one or more tranches on private placement basis.
