Sensex, Nifty open flat; Kotak Bank, NTPC stocks gain

Kotak Bank, NTPC, Nestle, Asian Paints, and Tech Mahindra were the top gainers on Sensex while Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, IndusInd Bank and SBI led the losses.
