View: What's needed for an effective restructuring under Covid Resolution Framework

As CRF has to be invoked not later than December 31, 2020, and plan needs to be implemented within 180 days from invocation, banks and companies have adequate time in the run-up to restructuring to take various interim measures so that effective restructuring can be formulated.
