Five states allowed additional borrowing worth Rs9,913cr via open market: FinMin

Earlier in May 2020, due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Centre allowed additional borrowing limit of up to 2% of Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) to the States for the year 2020-21.
