ICRA reaffirms credit rating with stable outlook on PNB as merger plays key booster

ICRA's rating action takes into account the conclusion of the merger between PNB and erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) and United Bank of India which has been in effect starting April this year.
