L&T Finance stock gains ~4% despite termination of deal to sell L&T Capital Markets (Middle East)

L&T Finance had executed a share purchase agreement in November 2019 to sell its 100% stake in L&T Capital Markets (Middle East) to Proud Securities and Credits.
