Retailers resort to reverse supply chain to procure goods

The approach is a departure from the standard practice of FMCG companies delivering goods directly to the retailers’ warehouses and stores. FMCG companies would generally drop about 60% of supplies to Lot Wholesale’s warehouses and the rest would go to the stores owned by the Thailand-based company’s cash-and-carry stores.
