​​MSMEs have started to consider work force related solutions, through ongoing communication with workforce (including those who returned to their home state), setting up of buddy systems (potentially with retired employees and/or client technical staff), engagement with Industrial Training Institutes and hiring of temporary workers on walk-in basis.
