Ordnance Factory Boards to be first govt cos to use centralised invoicing platform

The current law dictates that government departments such as the defence ministry to transact only through a treasury account with the State Bank of India. NACH mandates cannot be given through these accounts preventing the onboarding of such departments onto TReDS.
