Shree Cement approved floor price for QIP at Rs19,806.5 per share

The company has approved the floor price for the QIP being Rs19,806.46/ Equity Share based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations (the "Floor Price").
