Mindtree’s new CEO to get Rs 10cr in compensation

Mindtree’s new CEO Debashis Chatterjee will get a fixed compensation of Rs 7.5 crore annually. In addition, he is entitled to a variable pay of Rs 88.4 lakh. Variable pay will depend upon leadership, strategic initiatives and organisation development.
