Titagarh Wagons Limited, a part of the promoter group of Cimmco Limited, has proposed to sell 15.4 lakh shares of face value of Rs10 each representing 5.64% of the share capital of the company on December 27th, 2018 and December 28th, 2018 through a sale on a separate window provided by the BSE.
