Axis Bank to sell NSDL shares to HDFC Bank for Rs163cr

The bank has executed an agreement for sale of 19.79 lakh equity shares at Rs825 per share with HDFC Bank, resulting in a total cash consideration of Rs163.34cr, it said in a BSE filing.
