Wont stay Tata Sons plans to go private: NCLAT

In another blow to embattled Tata Sons ex-Chairman Cyrus Mistry, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has refused to stay the conversion of Tata Sons into a private limited company.
