A tweet to cost Elon Musk $40 million, Tesla chairman's post and more

Elon Musk's tweet about taking Tesla private, led to an investigation by the US' Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As a settlement of the case, Musk has agreed to pay a $4o million fine and forfeit his post as chairman of the company.
